"The hotel is just across the Tyne from the Quayside and very close to both the Sage and the Baltic.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.

"This hotel was really good value for money. I would not bother paying for the breakfast as this was over priced. The rooms were clean and comfortable but it did say that it will be changing to a premier inn soon and the rooms will all be having a make over. I would stay here again if returning to Newcastle."
