Unfortunately, the staff member responded rudely, threatening to expel us if anyone else appeared on the security camera. Shockingly, he physically confronted us, treating us as if we were in a fight. He even canceled our reservation, leaving us feeling unsafe. Subsequently, we contacted the police, and after their arrival, we decided to leave the premises."
