Great location and amazing staff. However, would have preferred amenities such as coffee and tea to be in the room instead of having to go down to the communal kitchen to brew a cuppa. Overall was an enjoyable stay. However, I am displeased on the day of the check-out where housekeeping cannot wait to kick us out! Check-out time was clearly stated to be 11AM. However, this persistent housekeeper has been knocking and trying to gain entry into the room since 930am! She tried again at 1030am! I mean come on, that’s unprofessional! You should have first liaise with reception to check which room has checked out before trying to constantly gain access into the rooms!

Everything about this hotel was great, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The facilities were amazing, the kitchen had everything you need to make yourself at home. The breakfast buffet was a great selection and really affordable. The room was clean and well maintained, Overall really happy with our stay.

We didn’t like the window in the bathroom. Everything else was excellent

Good stay
Posted 2 Oct 2019 on HotelsYou need to ask at front desk for cups for the bathroom, they don’t put them in the room “to save on plastic” (environment bs). But they do give you a million clean towels everyday even if yours aren’t on the floor so go figure. There is a McDonald’s, Starbucks and a Dunkin Donuts across the street at the Österhof train station. Hotel has a lot of business men and family travelers, it wasn’t full of hostel type problems

room was immaculate and had necessities such as towels, shower gel, a hair dryer etc. check in was fast and check out was even faster.
