"This hotel didn't allow my wife and to check in and refused us entry and refused to refund us , scam online just to cancel bookings, they DO NOT ALLOW FOREIGNERS. they threatened to call the police on us and when we said that they should they just started shouting and refused to refund us.... "We stayed in Hyatt Regency Chennai for 12 days. We had a pleasant stay overall. The breakfast was the highlight of the day. Wide array of food was available and the staff were very friendly & polite. The rooms were clean & very comfortable . The staff in the parking lobby were very courteous and attentive.
