"This property is pretty nice, the staff were absolutely fantastic. They really did a bang up job helping us with directions!! The bar staff was amazing, super friendly and fun. My only negatives would be they deactivated the wooden room keys and didn’t send out any type of notice. So, when we returned to the room late after a Yankees game, we had to go back to the front desk for new keys. "

"The property was very hip and cool if that’s your thing. We had to self check in which was surprising given the cost of the room. If you’re aged, the check in process could be confusing. Overall, our stay was fine and the hotel was clean. "

"I loved having two beds in the room and I loved the proximity to Bryant Park and Times Square and subway stations to get everywhere else. It was nice to have a coffee pot in the room, but they were a little stingy with the creamers and also with the shampoo and conditioner. We did not get a replacement every day and we ran out and had to ask for more."
