"Stayed one night to explore Niagara Falls. Pleased with the front desk service, i.e. staff were helpful, polite and welcoming. The state and cleanliness of the room were as advertised. The quality of food (breakfast) was satisfactory. Will consider booking in this hotel again in the future. Thank you for making our stay comfortable."

"Beautiful impressive view of the horseshoe falls from our room (floor 11?). Room was spacious and clean. Helpful staff. Convenient offsite parking 5 min. walk. Starbucks in the lobby. Convenient location for walking to the falls. Breakfast menu and buffet was a bit underwhelming for the price. Was expecting more healthful options and a greater selection of fresh fruit. Although I didn't realize there was an omelet bar where more healthful options may have been made. The wait staff was helpful and attentive."

"I didn't like that the parking is on the other side of the street. Literally you need to cross the street in order to get to the parking. The room assigned to us could still be made cleaner and fresher (smell). I like the pool though; it's big and clean."

"Expensive but worth it because everything u need is available. U do not need to leave the hotel. Some free entertainment for kids, Buffett is ok, good coffee available to purchase. Actually very quiet, not too busy on wed-Thursday stay"

"Rooms were clean. Front desk staff was good. Arcade staff was not as attentive, leaving us waiting for multiple minutes. Property was overall good, however not much to do other than waterpark."
