"No microwave or hot water pot in the rooms as most hotels have in the US. You had to go down to the main lobby if you wanted a tea or use the microwave. $50 a night for parking in their lot. Extra charge if you want more than the 1 towel per guest they provide. Beds are comfy with 6 large bulky pillows. Beds need to also have a few pillows which are flatter. I bring my own. We had a great view of the falls. Go 9 or above for the best views. They do have an observation area on floor 14. Nice that is there if you are in a lower room. Overall, nice hotel."

Great Wolf Lodge Niagara Falls

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating at check-in. We received very thorough information and the provided concierge was helpful the whole trip. The room was clean and smelled amazing. The extras, like restaurants, activities, and cabanas were reasonably priced and worth the cost. We have older kids, so some of the kid-friendly activities weren’t suited to them. I wish we had visited when they were younger to take advantage of all that GWL had to offer. That said, with older kids (13,11,9), the water park was only interesting for a couple of days and the other activities weren’t enough to keep active boys occupied for more than a 2-3 day stay. Luckily, Niagara Falls was a 10 minute drive, and it was an amazing experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here. We will certainly be back and intend to explore more of the Niagara area while having the amenities and activities of the GWL as home base."

"The place is clean. We appreciated that the room was smoke-free. Check-in process was quick. The staff are nice. We enjoyed our stay here. There is a small pool and smaller gym that we enjoyed while the weather wasn't so nice outside."

"They are remodeling the halls so they were a little messy but that’s understandable. Our first room honestly had a few issues however we spoke to the manager and she was EXTREMELY understanding and changed our room immediately!! She couldn’t have been nicer. She was soo sweet and helpful. She really made us feel heard and not like we were any problem. This is the second time we stayed here as a family. My husband and I stayed here about 18-20 years ago multiple times and had to bring our kids. We had an amazing time and will continue to stay here whenever we come to Niagra falls."

"the room seemed dated and tired!! We were upgraded to a suite---NICE!! only two coffees---four would have been nice. No glass glasses. noisy AC units!!! Staff at check in was wonderful!!! Staff at check out was even better!!! Extremely nice and helpful!! Was surprised that it was not a complimentary breakfast. We went elsewhere!! Asked about a cup of coffee over and above the two from the room and was told I would pay for breakfast---SAD!!"
