The newly renovated rooms are very nice. The leather couch and chairs are very comfortable and so was the bed. Room was spotless. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The grounds are well kept. I had a room that faced 20 mile creek. Watching the birds and water fowl was very relaxing. Located just off the QEW. I will definitely stay again.

Very bad service. The language of dealing with the customer very rude. Imagine that the reception asked the customer to not touch the water machine and they do not provide even water. I stayed for two weeks with the first 2 days without water until I was able to buy water to drink. The body wash and shampoo has been finished and they do not provide more. Many other problems of bad service.
