"Terrible room - small, no view at all, no closet or place to hang clothes, next to elevators which were too loud so we couldn’t sleep. "

"The breakfast was horrible. First they served us even before placing an order. When I wanted to place the order the staff said that I had to pay extra (though it was already included in the breakfast that was booked ) . It was a bad experience. After I raised the issue with the manager (she was professional, nothing against her). She did apologize however that changed nothing about the experience."

"The room was dirty. We had no shampoo or body wash in our dispenser, iur sheets had stains and dust in the corners. Check in would have been better if the staff were more friendly. Sad that this place has gone SO down hill especiallyfor the price. "

"Got transferred to the hilton, very nice views and everything was very clean. One downside was our Coffee Machine was broken so that sucked. "
