"The hotel is pretty dated and no frills. The kids enjoyed the water park but it’s not very large but it’s good for keeping an eye on your kids . I think after 1-2 days at the water park they would be bored . "

"Room had lots of cockroaches, when ask for refund they refuse with some lame excuses, also they blamed the guest for cooking and leaving stuff behind as if they are not supposed to keep it clean after every check out. I stayed for two nights , and they told me they were going to refund me for the second night plus a free upgrade. When called Expedia to request the refund as they told me to , they refuse it. "

"First time at this hotel …. Our experience was great! Room was perfect! Managers and workers all super accommodating! Pool and hot tub was relaxing! We booked for 4 nights and had the breakfast vouchers … only downfall was about the vouchers …it seemed inconsistent with what we were able to get and not get each day when the buffet wasn’t running ( even though the vouchers said on them what was included) overall very satisfied and will definitely return to this hotel in the future :) "

Very hot water and good water pressure. Clean towels. Heads up there is no microwave and you have to pay big time for parking "
