"The bed was very comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot. Great view! Great staff! Polite, friendly and helpful. My room keys didn’t work so they moved me a few doors along on the same floor so my view now included the falls. Yay! Room was clean and well designed to make the most of a small space. There’s a fridge and Nespresso machine with four pods. They said to ask if I wanted more or some bottled water, both complementary. This was my second time at The Tower. I researched a lot of hotels in Niagara and I’m glad I made this choice. "
