This was our first visit to Niagara Falls, and while the falls themselves were spectacular, what really made the trip special was the comfort and hospitality we found here. Excellent in every way!

Lovely place in a quiet street but within walking distance of The Falls and all amenities. Jacky and Alice were excellent hosts. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we could need and the breakfasts were delicious. What else can we say? If you're planning to visit The Falls, you should stay here!

This was such a relaxing and quiet place to stay. Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls can be so phrenic, which is fun. But to walk to Susan’s Villa and be away from it was so nice. Alice and Jacky were so kind. This place was so clean! Spotless! I would come back here just as a retreat to relax even if I didn’t go see the Falls. Can’t say enough how much I enjoyed my stay.

Jacky and Susan were the perfect hosts. We had a great stay at their B&B - the breakfast was different all 3 mornings we stayed and was wonderful. Very clean, close to walk to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

The B&B was very quiet and clean. The operators were extremely nice and friendly. The location is reasonable walking distance to many of the activities related to Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. Price was reasonable and parking included.

Mother-Daughter Week in Niagara Falls CAN

Susan and Jacky are amazing! Our rental was clean and cozy and the perfect location for our Mother-Daughter week in Niagara Falls. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, so yummy, and the plating was so pretty. And they did a great job accommodating my vegetarian daughter. If we are in Niagara again, we will definitely stay at Susan’s Villa.

Great location, lovely quiet garden

Host Alice was very welcoming. Lots of space, seating area separate from bedroom in our downstairs suite. Good air conditioning. Nice breakfast. We enjoyed the peaceful shady garden. Location was great, lovely quiet street but really close to the Clifton street area and the gorge.

Jacky and Alice were incredible hosts and I felt welcomed from the instant I arrived. The room is private, large, and comfortable. I had an early morning the following day and Alice offered to make me breakfast. I'd never encountered such kindness before. I sincerely enjoyed my stay and I look forward to returning.
