"We had another wonderful stay at Great Wolf Lodge! We've been here at least five times, if not more, and it never disappoints. I originally booked a room for 4 people, but we were pleasantly surprised when we were given a spacious room that could accommodate up to 8 guests. It made our stay even more comfortable. We also purchased the breakfast buffet, and it was definitely worth it. There was a great variety of delicious food, with something for everyone. The water park was the highlight of our trip. We had so much fun on the slides, and the kids absolutely loved every minute of it. I rated the cleanliness 4 out of 5 because I noticed a few cobwebs on the ceiling. It wasn't a big deal to us and didn't affect our stay, but it's something the housekeeping team could easily improve. Overall, it was another fantastic family getaway, and we look forward to coming back again!"

"I’ve been coming to Howard Johnson for 3 years now, the first two years I really really loved it! Hence my returns. The pool was super clean and warm. Our room was pretty clean as well except for some of the bedsheets and towels having some staining on them. Was not happy with the view of the room.. it would be nice since I am a returning customer that I could at least get the room that I usually have or it would be nice to have one with a balcony. The heat/air conditioning machine was also not working at the best capacity for us. Another suggestion is better vending machine options/prices. But overall room was clean! Pool was great :) Some of the staff were very nice and helpful and some seemed a bit more annoyed. But I understand as it is there busier season! We appreciated our stay thank you team at Howard Johnson!"

"Our room was clean and well maintained. Bell captain stall were very friendly and helpful. Check in process and the lack of front desk staff resulting in a long wait time. Daily house keeping not available. Online/in room bill folio review and check out not available. Site no longer has onsite restaurant and no room service or bar available."

"I continue to stay at this hotel because of its convenient location, proximity to great amenities, and, most importantly, the exceptional service I consistently receive. During this trip, I encountered a small hiccup and reached out to the management team after business hours. To my surprise, my email was acknowledged within five minutes, and both the General Manager, Nicholas, and Front Desk Manager, Ali, went above and beyond to resolve the issue promptly and professionally. Thank you management team for making me feel like a valued guest.
