"Fast check in. We did ask for a room facing water for my autistic son, but were given a room facing a wall with absolutely no sunlight. The door handle to the shower was sitting on the sink when we got in. However, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Terrible lighting due to the window. On checkout, I asked if they offered a late checkout as one of my children was poorly and they honoured one without charge, which we were exceptionally grateful for. Location was fantastic. The room was quiet, the lobby is very pretty but quite run down,counters need painting, lighting needs fixing etc. I'd stay again, but enqirlire about our room upon checkin."

"The resort was wonderful, with everything under one roof. I stayed in a room that was newly renovated so everything was nice. Aside from swimwear, I would bring extra shampoo, conditioner and soap as they provide very little. I would also bring my own hair dryer as the one in my room was broken and no one changed it."
