"The location is good--we walked around the Japanese Friendship Garden and park nearby. Plenty of birds in the area! There are some good restaurant options nearby. Our room was ok. The shower water doesn't stay in the shower stall but it only pooled in the corner. There is a hidden $40+ resort fee which seemed wrong. I don't remember hearing about it when I placed the reservation. Breakfast was meh (American cheese?) and the espresso and coffee were so weak! Go elsewhere and get good espresso. The pool is shallow and small. There is no hot tub. Don't resorts usually have hot tubs?"

"Friendliest staff, delicious (and free) breakfast with wide selection as well as a nice (and unexpected) free dinner with 1 alcoholic beverage. I can not recommend enough if you are in the Phoenix area."
