"Very quaint, rustic property. The cottages give you a feeling of being out in a cabin but are almost in the heart of Prescott historical district . We stayed in cottage #11. The cottages are old, but the cottage was maintained to keep that woodsy feel. There was a "wood" stove in the living room for chilly evenings and an air conditioner for the warm days. "Ok...ish. Good location with easy access to the convention center. The bedrooms and house, in general, were clean, spacious and comfortable. It was really nice to have access to a washer and dryer. There are 2 other rentals adjacent to the house, but we only saw their cars. Parking was easy and the fenced yard was great, especially the little deck. "I absolutely love this place! So cute, comfy, quiet, and VERY clean. We brought our own groceries, coffee and spices to cook. So affordable that way. We cooked every day breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was even left over containers to use for the next day. We walked to the grocery store and around the neighborhood.
