"Decent stay. Breakfast is not great but will do. You have to walk outside to get to the breakfast area so dont go out in your slippers, especially if its been raining. (when it rains, water collects in the outside area) Walls are on the thin side, so if you're a light sleeper, make sure you have ear plugs. Overall, its good enough given the price."

"We recently stayed at JW Marriott Kolkata to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was one of the most amazing and comfortable hotel stays we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the food was absolutely delicious, and the housekeeping team was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. A very special mention goes to Shreya from Guest Relations. She went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were taken care of throughout our stay. She truly is comfortable and memorable ensuring every personal request was handled with genuine care and professionalism.
