Fatima is an awesome gal, and I’m mad at myself for not remembering other names. You might see Groucho Marx working the desk, too. I plan to go back again and take friends/family. Istanbul is so cool!"

To my delight, we were given that dream room, even though it was normally a higher rate. The room was clean and tidy, well-maintained considering its age. The breakfast was truly 5-star quality — varied, fresh, and delicious. Staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making us feel warmly welcomed. Specially, guest relation officer Ms Salma used to welcome us every morning and had a good chat and wellbeing. We returned home with wonderful memories of this stay.
