"What a lovely boutique hotel, in the heart of Old Sultanahmet. Absolutely fabulous location. A short walk to the Blue Mosque, amidst all the shops and restaurants, and down the road from the Grand Bazaar and super easy metro. The hotel rooms are large, with nice drapes, and wood finishes. The staff are over the top incredible. They are kind, happy, helpful, patient and treat you like family. If I was ever again in Istanbul I would 100% stay here. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The Hotel was remodeled. Nice building but the front desk staff have no customer service skills, they definitely need a lot of training. I was in room 113, the room had plumbing issues, one day the electricity turned off and the had to send someone to spend 30 minutes to fix it. The only staff member I think she went above and beyond to make sure that guests are happy is Salma."

"Outstanding breakfast buffet, spotless spacious rooms, and a concierge who went above and beyond. The staff were second to none, always checking on guests, and the Sky Bar views were breathtaking. My only suggestions would be more umbrellas by the outdoor pool and slightly warmer pool water, as it was quite cold in late May."

"My wife and I spent several days here. I like to start out with the good stuff. The location, in old town is great. Walking distance to everything. The hotel. To start, its not a 5 star hotel in any stretch of the imagination. Maybe 3 star at best. Rooms are tiny, nothing fancy here.. No space for any of your personal items in the bathroom on the vanity in the deluxe rooms. switched to a family room (2 beds) and it had much more room.. or as much as you were going to get at this hotel. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was just OK. Nothing special, cold creamy eggs, no sausage, bacon, etc. YES the view is nice! So, in the end, set your expectations down to a 3 star hotel, with some of the smallest rooms you've ever stayed in, and you will be just fine!"

"It is near a market with plenty of shopping . My mom needed a wheelchair which all the other hotels provided . This one did not . No restaurant in the hotel .i couldn’t find one nearby . Although they told me verbally where to go . I couldn’t find it . I only stayed one night . Not suitable for kids , families or elderly people although this place had a lift ."
