"Room was clean (although the daily housekeeping was pointless - just emptied the bins, cups and spoon was still dirty). Very warm, quiet room. Some furnishings worn but bed and pillows very comfortable. Building is unique but not a problem like mentioned in previous reviews. I didn't have any cause to eat or go to the bar so can't comment on that. Check in and out very friendly and efficient. Travelled alone and felt safe, I would definitely stay again"
