Honestly the whole place was actually quite nice. One issue I had which dragged the rating way down are the walls. They are so incredibly thin. The couple staying on the room next to mine had a 2h argument at 3am and I, without any choice of my own, was privy to the whole details of their relationship. Staff are lovely, accomodation is great, but if I struggle to sleep , then unfortunately its a poor rating from me .

staff were very friendly(neil was great ) as were the locals in the pub.clean, tidy and good value for money.ideal for us for attending a gig at the o2 acadamy .The surrounding area is going through lots of redevelopment and its not the most aesthetically pleasing but cant fault the mosely arms.was a short stay but would have no hesitation in staying there again in the future

Everything you need at a decent price.
Nice little inn attatched to a pub. Not too far out of the city, with good public transport links right outside. The hotel itself is basic, but clean. The bed was comfy, and it was nice and warm.

Lovley pub & friendly staff. A small room for the price but convenient location with parking which is hard to come by in Birmingham.

Room good size, bigger beds and not having the heating on full whack in the corridors would help a little. Nice staff

Not what I expected.
I regret to inform that my recent short stay at the establishment was not as pleasant as anticipated. The hotel, doubling as a popular pub, played music until the early hours of 1 am, which was not only distinctly audible from my room but also vibrated through the bed, significantly disrupting my rest. While I must commend the staff for their courteous and amiable demeanor, I was taken aback by the lack of clear warning regarding the late-night music in the hotel’s description. Had I been aware of this detail, I would have reconsidered my choice of accommodation. I had to take the decision to book alternative accommodation at an alternative location.

Good location, but I wouldn’t return.
Positives The pub is close to the city centre, the bar is reasonably priced, there is parking nearby (free after 6pm) if the car park is full, the rooms upstairs can’t hear the noise from the pub below. Negatives We didn’t feel particularly welcome on arrival, the room felt dated and in need of a refresh, and the bathroom didn’t feel clean - for example, the shower tray filled up after 20s of the shower running and hair came up from the plug. The walls are thin enough to hear conversation in the neighbouring room.

Clean and comfortable
I was made very welcome by Karen who responded quickly to resolve two minor issues on check-in. The room was clean and neat, well lit and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and the shower good. The walls/doors are thin and fellow guests were audible in the corridor and adjacent rooms. I always pack earplugs so was aware of the noise but not affected by it too much.

Don't bother
Poor service all round. Advertised as serving food. Told at the bar they aren't serving food, no explanation. Room smelt of damp. Mould in the bathroom/shower cubicle. Roller blind defective (not able to roll up) and hanging on the radiator. Plug sockets in room loose and coming away from the wall. An attempt to disuss this further with the property has been declined.

Good room at a friendly pub
Great service and good room with a short walk into the city centre. Walls are thin so we could hear people in the room above and next to us but this was an ideal spot for a couple of nights.

Great budget stay
For the price - spot on! Free parking, friendly check in, 25 minutes walk from town, comfy beds and ample hot water. Hotel wasn't perfect condition/cleanliness but I didn't expect it to be for the price. Room was noisy as it's a pub, so bring earplugs.
