"The Kimberly Hotel was the best hotel experience I have had. The hotel is lovely, well appointed with welcoming decor and comfortable rooms. The amenities are excellent, location is convenient, but most of all, the staff are a cut above. They were all so welcoming, warm, helpful, and responsive from the doormen, porters, front desk and housekeepers. I could tell that many guests were repeat visitors who were recognized and warmly greeted by the staff. If something was requested, it was immediately handled. This will be my hotel from now on when I stay in New York!"

"The property was clean, bed was comfortable and pillows were also comfortable. Staff were friendly and kind. It was in a great spot. Close to time square, Central Park, restaurant and shopping. I will stay there again."
