"Staff was rude and not helpful. Took us over 45 minutes to get checked in (even with it being self service) because none of the machines would work. Nobody would give us helpful information (had to ask 5 different people for help). Room was dated and average but I did not pay for the upgrade to a renovated room. There was no refrigerator in our room so we had no way to keep drinks/snacks cool. Overall would probably not recommend based mostly on the front desk/checkin staff. I take customer service very seriously and this was some of the worst I had ever experienced. "

"The room was not clean when we checked in and my wife cleaned ALL surfaces to our standards. Binions Steak house was sub standard and tge pool was not open. We would not stay at this resort again"

"Free parking and easy to get around for my husband who suffered a stroke and can’t walk long distances. The staff is ALWAYS polite. But the hallway smelled like rotten feet."
