The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around London. The room was small, but that’s expected in London, so it was perfectly fine for our needs. "Smooth check-in (upgraded room to Jnr Suite). Room freak but not perfect. The main issues being the bathroom which had flickering LED light, scruffy water damaged bath panel, poor shower water pressure and difficult to use bath/shower controls (Had to leave bathtub half full as couldn’t fathom how to operate bath plug)"
