10/10 Excellent
"Great stay in a perfect location
The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Having free coffee available 24/7 was a big plus and much appreciated. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around London. The room was small, but that’s expected in London, so it was perfectly fine for our needs. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would recommend it."
"Smooth check-in (upgraded room to Jnr Suite). Room freak but not perfect. The main issues being the bathroom which had flickering LED light, scruffy water damaged bath panel, poor shower water pressure and difficult to use bath/shower controls (Had to leave bathtub half full as couldn’t fathom how to operate bath plug)"
"Fantastic location in walking distance of Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Regent Street and Oxford Street as well as the West End and Picadilly circus. The accommodation provided a perfect, affordable accommodation for my solo trip to London. The capsule was comfortable, warm with adjustable lighting, fan, WiFi and charging ports. My trepidation about shared bathroom facilities was soon dispersed on finding the facilities to be spotless and adequate, always available no matter what time of day.
I felt safe and had the best, undisturbed two nights sleep. Thank you Zedwell "
