Definitely won’t recommend staying there, their staff are rude, management don’t know how to treat their own customers right, I had a situation that the hotel was it fault and the management didn’t handle it right, instead they offered a dinner to fix the situation for items that was damaged because their closet shelves was barely hanging, they will only give you stuff for the amount of people staying in the room, can’t be giving extra stuff.

A beautiful hotel and the Highest hotel in the world… from the moment you walk in this hotel takes your breath away… you’re greeted by amazing staff like Joelle who must receive a raise for her amazing work and Ibrahim— the most delicious perfume shop in Dubai. It’s called Al Basata… ask Ibrahim or Said for a sample just mention my name, .. they will be happy to put the most delicious perfume on your wrist …. The staff are highly professional kind and you get a Family feeling. Also, the top Highest View restaurant ask for Mr. Ali he’s amazing..

Great hotel close to all attractions and near the subway/metro line to go anywhere else in the city. Attentive staff, breakfast buffet very good and the rooms clean and large. We had a room with Burj Khalifa view, excellent. Other guests were polite and private. Totally recommend to north americans and not only.

Overall a very good property. Staff was amazing and friendly. Cons: the elevators are extremely slow and quite inconvenient. Housekeeping lightly tidied the rooms daily. Would have appreciated a more thorough clean. Had to ask for fresh towels as they always left us with the same used ones after they “cleaned” . Other than that the hotel is in a great location. Very accessible to many of Dubai’s main attractions.

Gevora is my hotel whenever am in Dubai. Price was very good and the staff are awesome. Been to Gevora 2 times in 4 months and I highly recommend it to all my friends and family.. located at the center of Dubai easy access to everything. My stay at the Gevoral Hotel offered a mix of positive and negative experiences. The stunning view from my room was a definite highlight, although it was slightly diminished by the presence of dirty windows, which detracted from the overall ambiance. While the room itself was decent, I couldn't help but feel that it lacked certain elements that would have elevated the experience. On the upside, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. One interesting observation was the difference in towel quality between floors. When I had to move from the 68th to the 52nd floor due to a boiler leak, I noticed that the towels on the lower floor were noticeably softer. This small detail stood out to me and served as a point of comparison between the two floors. Despite these minor issues with the room, the staff at the Gevoral Hotel truly shone. Despite initially being told that they couldn't provide a container for my leftover food, they ultimately went above and beyond to accommodate my request when I had dinner and leftover fruits. This gesture of kindness and flexibility left a positive impression on me and contributed to a pleasant overall experience. However, one downside was the long wait time for the elevator, especially during peak hours such as breakfast time. Waiting for 45 minutes just to get downstairs was frustrating and somewhat inconvenient. In summary, while there were some aspects of my stay at the Gevoral Hotel that could have, no alcohol.

Great stay
This was my 7th stay in Gevora. I enjoyed it. It is a lot busier then before. I don't like the pop-up shops they have in the lobby but i guess they have to generate exta revenue etc so I understand. I would like to thank the General Manager SANTOSH. He looked after me and I hope he offers the same service next year.

Stayed on the 71st floor. Amazing view of the skyline at night and the ocean in the morning. Room service food was great! Bathroom amenities little lacking for a hotel of this quality. Didn't have an iron either. Overall would stay again!

Great experience! Overall wonderful stay. From the service to the amenties, everything was exceptional. The one downfall of the hotel is the elevator service. Takes forever to catch an empty elevator. There are only 5 and not all go to specific floors so you find yourself waiting for 20 mins sometimes. Other than that the hotel is great.
