Excellent service from all staff, great location.

Like to say all staff made the stay extra special. The hotel is located in an excellent location, less than 5 min walk to the Metro and less than 5 min walk to Gate Avenue Mall ( which has nice fine dining establishments and other dining options) and DIFC Business Center. Less than 5 min walk to Tim Hortons, Starbucks , Pharmacies that are open 24hr. There is a free shuttle that runs multiple times everyday to the Mall of Emirates. The Dubai Mall is only one metro station away.The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable bedding.

WONDERFUL STAY

I had a wonderful stay at Carlton Downtown. Super clean and spacious room, super nice staff at the reception and at the rooftop pool and bar. The location of the hotel is great and near Burj Khalifa. I highly recommend Carlton Downtown for your stay

LOCATION Is Everything

The hotel is located in the middle of everything. Thw staff is extremely friendly as well. I'd definitely recommend staying here & I wouldn't surely stay on a future visit. I felt safe & everything was very nice.
