Picked Raffles based on its reputation, reviews and price, we were not disappointed. The hotel is fantastic,architecture is impressive, very clean and has excellent facilities. The most amazing part of the hotel though is its staff. They made our stay very relaxed, almost like home.

We could not fault it. The staff could not do enough for you. The rooms were cleaned and restocked every day. The pool was great and you could always get a sunbed. Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Only concerns were around the cost of food and drink in the restaurants. It's expensive. Best to eat out in the evenings.

Hello This hotel is excellent. Staff and services are good .location of this hotel is also good. You are NOT too far from some of the famous places. But places like jumerah beach.doubai marina .dubai palm. Are far from this hotel. Break fast is very good of this hotel Alots of choices of food. But on the weekend hotel get very busy.lifts and lobby get very busy. One more think i need to tell. They have a bar at the top floor with open lovely view and sheshah place.that open till midnight.they...

Sublime Property, Service and location

Easy check in. My partner and I were there for two weeks and we just needed a place to sleep so it was more than perfect and I'm very fussy. Shuttles service to the metro, Dubai mall, kite beach and JBR provided all at certain times with a pick up also excluding JBR. With the metro it's very easy to get anywhere. 2minz walk from hotel and you'll find a papa johns if you don't want to eat at the restaurat, Starbucks and many other restaurants along this road. This hotel had a very nice vibe and lovey atmosphere. The staff were very good and friendly and allowed me to check in early too. The pool area is very nice to chill. Many good restaurants and good shopping mall a few mins walk away. Also the metro is very close a 2 min walk away too. Use exit 4 at the metro for the hotel. They also have a airport shuttle, which unfortunately didn’t pick me up despite them telling they would at 15 past every hour. I wasted 45 mins waiting for it then had to...

Was an amazing experience

Everything about the hotel is great. The only thing I would say is be aware of the location. It's a 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which is fine if you are in good health and mobile. And if you want to use the metro system it's probably 45-60 minute walk to that. Dubai is very spread out so if you want to see The Palms, The Marina it's a 45-60 minute taxi ride. The free bus service offered by the hotel is great but only runs twice a day. Other than that the hotel is top notch.

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff, definitely one of the very best hotels in the world

I loved the cleanliness and attention to details in the hotel and rooms. The breakfast team was amazing and always catered to my Vegan diet but unfortunately, out of breakfast I couldn’t enjoy the other restaurants in the hotel because of the lack of Vegan options. The hotel itself and its facilities are beyond incredible in my opinion, just have more dietary options available for those of us who are Vegan!
