You have to pay extra for a tea and coffee caddy/ pack in your room and you only get 2 of each so that was not brilliant but otherwise a really pleasant stay and nice room considering the low price. "Room was clean but very small room. Very hard to walk and put our language. Front counter staff was okay. But the housekeeping staff's are very rude and not good customer service. We didn't had breakfast but we went for dinner and the menu was not good. We didn't had and good option to use our food so we left and didn't had our dinner. "

"I was only in hotel for one night, too be honest I found the hotel to be extremely expensive, it was the only business in the area (as I found this out by taking a walk and there was nothing close) I needed a charger for my phone and the nearest shop was about half an hour walk from the hotel, the ibis hotel had a machine where you could buy items (small packet of maltesers for £4 and after being charged double for a meal in the restaurant )(which I did get back),"
