It's ok.
Its India. The hotel is a bit remote for Goa. The hotel property itself is pretty tired and the water quality is marginal.

the resort was terrific - no complaints. however, the place next door was having very loud parties, weddings, ring ceremonies etc. every nite from 7 - 10 pm, this was not told to us when we arrived - this is my only complaint.

Excellent ambiance. Scenic views are available.
The room at the cost of Rs 7000 was not worthy for the value of money. I complaint therefore they upgraded to best room viewing to see/dona paula at the same cost. It was excellent. The manager and staff responded positively for my concerns. Toiletries at this cost of hotel need to be the best. In fact everything should be provided as needed by the tourist e.g. saving kit etc. You should not demand for even hand towels. Room decoration is very costly so it should be avoided. I paid unreasonable amount. Food is good. Excellent staff. Destination is enjoyable at reasonable/negotiated cost. Small private beach is good but its water appears to be black/dirty. It may be because of black sand dominance.
