"Upon arrival at check-in, several employees were standing at the desk and simply stared at us without offering any assistance. After finally getting checked into our room, we walked in to find it completely unacceptable. The bed was taken apart, and the mattress and box spring were leaning against the wall. The room clearly had not been prepared for guests. When I called the front desk for help, the employee was extremely rude and told me I could not stay in that room and would have to come all the way back downstairs to be assigned another room. This was incredibly inconvenient because it was my daughter’s birthday, and we only had one hour to get ready. I ended up spending most of that time moving all of our belongings back and forth between rooms instead of enjoying the occasion. To make matters worse, the pools were shut down due to a storm that was reportedly 32 miles away, despite there being no bad weather in the area at all. When I asked about it, the front desk employee provided no real explanation and displayed very poor customer service skills. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience, especially on what was supposed to be a special day for my daughter."

"There were gnats everywhere. Two of three TVs didn't work. The volume wouldn't work on one and the other couldn't get to channels. The floor was dirty leaving my socks black"

"Waited 10 minutes to check in at 12 midnight exhausted because desk clerk was arguing about package fees with another guest. Room needed painting and walls very thin. Nice view of overflowing dumpster. Paid resort fee for pool and gym that had 4 sad pieces of equipment that looked like someone dragged in from their uncle Bob’s basement. Also, one elevator down almost all 5 days of our stay. Cheap hotel and we got what we paid for cheap and rundown."

"It is in apartment unit that has been converted to hotel rentals. The rooms are fully equipped with full kitchen and bathrooms."

"Our trip was a working trip and we selected this hotel because of the location. The room was adequate but nothing out of the ordinary. There were several preventative maintenance items that needed to be done, like both the shower and sink did not drain quickly. Many unchaparoned young adults were in the hotel so the noise level was high. Check in and out were easy."

"Stayed in M building. Door handle had to be put back on. Was worn but enjoyed my stay. This is over our 5th time here"

"Stayed for nearly a month. Anything you need or want just ask staff and is sorted. What else could you wish for. We had no problems at all. You even have a breakfast to start the day included. Not many places offer that. "
