The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcome and comfortable. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, with comfortable bedding and excellent amenities. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the quality toiletries to the well-maintained facilities. The hotel's location was another major advantage, providing convenient access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Despite being centrally located, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the dining service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. The facilities, including the fitness center and common areas, were modern, clean, and well-managed. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional customer service. "While the hotel on the outer areas looks good. We stayed in two rooms on two different occasions. Sadly, both rooms were much to be desired when it came to proper cleaning. The carpet is very old and needs a deep cleaning. There were old bed sandals that were left under the bed. The bath tub was not properly clean. The staff were friendly and easy to work with."
