"Everything was wonderful !"

"Our room was dated and the carpet was extremely dirty. We had to get our own towels as none were in the room when we arrived. No closet. No hooks to hang up towels or clothes. Lots of wear and tear in our room. "

"Clean rooms beds are comfortable, friendly staff, mall next to property. The buffet at the Edge restaurant was well worth the money. The food is delicious. The underground MRT have shops and restaurants this is a thumbs up to get out of the outside heat."

"I enjoyed a relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Carlton hotel. My room was very nice, comfortable bed, clean, nice decor. The Carlton Hotel is in an excellent location opposite the famous Raffles Hotel. It is close to Raffles City shopping centre, City Hall MRT, streets of small shops, underground arcade that leads to Suntec City. All the staff at the Carlton Hotel were excellent, courteous, helpful and friendly."

"Always enjoy my stays here - breakfast can be a bit overcrowded so need to select an early time - variety is consistently good and staff are always so very helpful ( Suggestion : please place instructions on hot water pump in chinese for your oriental guests who struggle and maybe have 2 chefs on egg station at busy times? ) Location is excellent for getting around Singapore via bus MRT or underground passage ways ."

"The staff was excellent. The room was clean and bed was comfortable, but the pillows were unusually hard -- I like a firm supportive pillow, but these were not comfortable at all. The hotel is conveniently located -- great Korean coffee shop in the small mall across the street. Also nice area to walk around along the water closeby. I would stay again."
