"The hotel is faultless. Highly recommended. Excellent lobby drinks and food, as is the Town restaurant right next to it. We highly recommend the Signature Bar, down the second lobby, behind the check in counters. Huge whiskey collection, perfect oysters served, the staff knowledge and service was par excellence!"

"Great location close to train, buses and restaurants. Breakfast was fabulous and good laundry although some thought it a little pricey but suited us instead of going out to find one. Staff very helpful. Best shower but we wish there had been two chairs in each room. Only negative we were on 6th floor and both our rooms were disturbed by thumping of a night and early morning, it may have been people using gym? Otherwise great hotel and we have recommended it to others. Check-in and check-out very easy with your staff. Great pool although a little hard for one of our group who needed assistance. Thanks for having us and next time we'll request both rooms on pool side for the view. 😊"

"This is a really well-kept property: compact but spotlessly clean, and every corner looks like it’s just been freshly renovated. The location is unbeatable — it’s right next to the subway station, a big shopping mall, Chinatown, and Clark Quay, all within easy walking distance. The front desk staff were polite and super efficient during check-in and check-out. But the absolute highlight was the concierge team: they were so warm and genuinely helpful. They made us feel instantly welcome the second we arrived, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you so much for the great stay!"
