"Lovely large quiet clean room with modern facilities , particularly like the ability to open balcony door to allow fresh air to circulate. Reception and dining staff always very welcoming and helpful. Hotel has access to the adjacent mall via levels 1-3 as well as a short cut to the City Hall MRT ( by route outside the lobby) . Not keen on the shower gel or soaps they use so I always bring my own .Haven't worked out how to turn off auto night floorlight yet ! Great location and dining options. "

The location is very convenient since it is close to restaurants, shops, and Wild Wild Wet. We really enjoyed the relaxing environment and the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this resort for families or anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Singapore."

"Great location - above the Sommerset MRT station and near a few bus stops. The hotel is also surrounded by a few malls with lots of food and shopping options. Room is solidly appointed. Nice view from the pool. Staff were friendly and efficient. Though they messed up during check-in and forgot to request for my signature, so I had to go back to do that."
