Nice spacious rooms, quiet, with plenty of elevators. It's a bit further from the airport than I expected, about 30 minutes from T3 to the hotel. Big reason why we booked this hotel was the free shuttle. Unfortunately, it only runs every 2 hours! And the Grab ride was about 30 USD . Other than the complicated transportation, the hotel is a good value.

Good amenities, beautiful scenery, helpful staff. Free shuttle bus to and from airport a bonus. Keep in mind it is not located in central city, however public buses frequently come which can take you to the MRT (train) and from there you can go singapore downtown.

The property was clean. It is going through renovation. Although it is an older hotel, I would still strongly recommend it for the price as well as location. Shuttle a plus and the staff very accommodated to our needs.

The location was excellent, steps away from multiple MRT stations, hawker stalls and stores. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms well tended. We only wish there was more hanging and storage areas for our clothes; we were there for a week and could not fully unpack. Toiletries were nice but note that it did not include body lotion. We would definitely stay here again!

Two separate stays in the hotel in October. Had an executive room for the first four night stay followed by a club room for the second three night stay. Both rooms were exceptional with views out to sea. Unfortunately due to the mist/haze views deteriorated later in the week but it was still nice to see both landing aircraft and ship traffic. The benefits afforded to club rooms is particularly exceptional in having a room for snacks, coffee, soft drinks from 11-11 but the two hour evening cocktail from 6-8 was absolutely superb. Two thoroughly enjoyable stays and I hope to be back again soon.

Quiet location, good alternative to hotels in CBD especially if distance from airport is important, efficient complimentary hotel shuttle to/from Changi airport, hotel communicated the schedule for the airport shuttle in good time (though doesn’t operate 10:45 pm to 8 am), good Wi-Fi connection, clean rooms, friendly staff, quick check in/out service. Great views from rooftop bar and pool. Plenty of options for public transport into town with bus stops near the hotel. Food court next to hotel is an added bonus.

The location was not as convenient as expected, as it is still about a 20-minute drive from the airport. The hotel facilities are a little dated and could use some updating. However, the staff were very friendly, responsive, and efficient in communication, which made our stay much easier. Overall, the service was definitely the highlight of our experience.

The hotel is way out of town and the only reason I booked it because of shuttle service. Unfortunately I waited at bay 2 for shuttle and it was parked there but no driver. I ended up getting a Gojek and paid $20. The hotel is fine and I was given an executive room. Staff were friendly

Like many people that stay here we used the hotel as a transit hotel for our next flight approx 12 later. Therefore we really didn’t get to use any amenities… However the room was fine, a good size, bathroom very good and overall cleanliness great. We would use this place again.
