"I booked a no refund stay expecting that if extra ordinary events would be allowed. For a start Emirates 4 days before my flight changed my flight from 10:35am (EK315) to 1:40am (EK349) which destroyed my stay reducing it to 4 hours as I flew up on the 5th on SQ232. That flight after an aborted landing went to KL. We returned to Singapore and I got to stay in the hotel for 1 hour. No allowance was given by the hotel. "

The service at the lounge was outstanding, and a special mention goes to Steve and the entire Level 38 team for being so warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast at Edge was another standout. The quality and variety of the buffet were top-notch, easily one of the best we’ve experienced. Every detail, from the food to the service, was handled with care and professionalism. From check-in to check-out, everything felt seamless. The staff across the hotel were consistently friendly, helpful, and made our anniversary feel extra special. In a nutshell, everything was perfect.
