Picked Raffles based on its reputation, reviews and price, we were not disappointed. The hotel is fantastic,architecture is impressive, very clean and has excellent facilities. The most amazing part of the hotel though is its staff. They made our stay very relaxed, almost like home.

An excellent holiday in this outstanding hotel located in the best location in Abu Dhabi. There is a great choice of restaurants, and the best staff you will find anywhere. One of the many reasons we keep returning.

Had a fantastic time in Abu Dhabi,hotel is amazing with beautiful views,helpful staff and very friendly,great restaurants and facilities,loved the gym and the outside pool is fantastic! Would defenitly recommend,great for sunny escape ;-)

We have just returned from a 5 day stay with our 5 year old son. The hotel is gorgeous with spacious rooms and very clean. The beach club is very nice, the cabanas offering welcome shade from the heat. The beach and sea are also very clean and sea with plenty of space. The staff in every area of the hotel were outstanding, always a smile and happy to help. They were especially friendly to our son who enjoyed the attention and now thinks everyone he came into contact with is now his friend....

This was our 7th trip to Dubai and have always stayed in top end hotels. We believe this is the best so far. We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers. We had private transfer included to and from the airport which is always a nice feature particularly in a spacious BMW. A family of four. Two teenagers in their own room. We booked two executive ocean rooms in the Al Qars . The upgrade was excellent value as your picked up at the airport, you can eat and drink in the executive or premium lounge and you have your own concierge. The staff all call you by your name and they genuinely make an effort to be personal and authentic. I have just returned from 5 nights at the Jumeirah Dal Al Masyaf, Dubai I wanted somewhere special for my husbands 40th Birthday so turned to Trip Advisor for help.
