The only really picky thing I could say is where the air con unit was situated, it was so close to the bed so you was either really cold or hot but the place was fantastic as was the staff, really oriental which was a nice change from the more model hotels I normally go for, cute place and with it situated a 2 minute walk to the Main Street, you can walk to most places or if your lazy (guilty a couple of times) you can jump in a tuk tuk for around 100 baht (£2ish) and go to the new town part

If you want somewhere basic and well located in Chiangmai old town, this is the place for you. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a lovely area walking distance from lovely shops and places to eat and book other excursions. My only complaint would be that the room was quite basic, there was a lot of noise from other AC generators (despite the one in our room being turned off whilst we tried to sleep) and the shower was not hot.
