The best part of our stay in Japan - our host was incredible and attentive to all our needs, even the smallest things. The room was immaculate and traditional - exactly what we wanted. Our dine-in room experience was very special and filling. Both the private and shared onsen facilities were incredibly clean and offered amazing views of Mount Fuji. Would recommend to anyone after a luxury Ryokan experience.

Lovely little room by the sea. Would have been great to stay longer and use the bbq, but had a lovely evening soak in the hot bath outside. The staff were very friendly, and the area is nice.

The stay at Couscous was absolutely spot on! Beautiful glamping resort in the quiet town of Manazuru. It has good connection links to the main station if odawara. Perfect for exploring the Hakone region of Japan. The tents were very well equipt with fans, heating, usb's. Outside there was incredible decking areas with BBQs, and a large table and chairs. The site itself was extremely clean and the toilet and shower areas were always spotless and very modern. Overall I would 100% recommend this...

We had a wonderful stay - the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, breakfast was amazing and much accommodation was made for my vegan daughter. The private Onsen was perfect - not only well maintained and efficiently run with many toiletries, but also blissfully relaxing. The whole stay was superb and it was a privilege to experience such an amazing Japanese tradition. Thank you

Wonderful dome/tent/pod with a stunning view of Mount Fuji. Spotlessly clean and beautifully comfortable and adapted to six of us. Warm and cosy. Sauna out of use unfortunately. Electric bicycles to hire which were superb to cycle around the wonderful neighbourhood. Small shop which we used for beer and wine and snacks. Huge hotel room with great view. Lots of amenities including game room, onsen etc. Thoughtful design for guests with pets. The only drawback is that there aee no utensils / cookware in the kitchen.

clean, responsive staff, kitchen has enough utility to cook. Superb!
