We had a fantastic stay here! The staff were friendly and attentive (and didn’t mind my poor attempts at Japanese!), the facilities including the Onsen were fantastic. Free drinks on the third floor was a nice surprise, and the dinner was spectacular. Breakfast is traditional Japanese so don’t expect eggs and bacon (think fish and rice), but also super! Room was comfy and clean, the outside bath was brilliant too! Highly recommended!!

This was the last hotel of our travels around Japan and I am glad we saved it for last. For our family it was perfect and an amazing experience. We stayed in one of the villas which are a short walk from the main building. The villa was really quaint, with its own inside and outside bath. Where can we start? The food was simply out of this world, both dinner and breakfast. They catered to a vegetarian and were very attentive.
