The property photos — many items shown are old, broken, or completely unusable. There was no outdoor lighting, and the glasses were dusty and poorly maintained. "The hotel is located in a peaceful area overlooking the ocean. The living room and bedrooms are very spacious, and kitchen is well equipped. Parking is very easy, would highly recommend for traveling with a car."

"Excellent hotel!!! Spacious, ocean-facing, well laid out rooms. Very clean and close to the Atami esplanade (Sunbeach). Amenities are a huge plus: free bar and drinks, ice cream, clean and well maintained public bath. Close to restaurants and convenience stores."
