Every person we came into contact with was interested in us, where we were from, welcoming us to their country, and so helpful, asking if they could do anything to help us, truly different to most hotels nowadays, but very welcome and sets the hotel above other, perhaps perceived “bigger” names. "I stayed at this property with my family and had booked the lounge rooms. The hotel was lovely, tho it took some time to get our rooms sorted out but we got there in the end. We stayed over the Christmas period and booked the brunch on Christmas day it was definitely worth it. i also used the salon during our stay and have to say i loved my hair it was done to perfection and exactly what i was after. I would defo stay here again, cannot fault the hotel. Location was great."
