"My stay at the Hyatt Centric Janakpuri was exceptional from start to finish. It was a long stay and the room allocated was as per my request – high floor, quiet with city and pool views. The staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Room should have a pen and notepad. Security team at the entrance was fabulous. Thanks to smiling faces Santosh and Neelu. Everything about my experience felt luxurious yet comfortable.
