The location of the hotel opposite Gateway of India was very convenient with shopping and extensive choice of food outlets in the nearby colaba area. The iconic Taj Palace hotel is connected and most public areas are shared by both hotels. The welcome ceremony conducted on check in is very unique and made us feel special. The staff are always friendly and accommodating from the front desk to the housekeeping...

"The beginning of the stay was great. The housekeeping deteriorated daily. First day we had all the amenities in our room, but daily we would be missing towels, spoons, lotion, trash take out. The room was really lovely, but housekeeping needs to check more closely daily. The buffet was good but way too expensive. A person can not possibly eat enough food in one sitting to justify the price. The pool was just okay. Water was warm and not refreshing. Personnel are always looking for a tip, so...
