"We had a balcony with an ocean view and it did not disappoint! The room was spacious and clean...we especially liked the large shower. The amenities were superb...the pool and beach were very well maintained, and the staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet had everything and was very well done. The staff were very professional--first class. "

"Issues we have face as of a family of ( 1 baby and a toddler): 1. EXCELLENT hotel for a gateway with the family. 2. Service is very bad ( in room dining and cleaning( 3. You can smell the sewage odor in the bathroom 4. Our room didnt have a carpet, and after a fight and arguments they have transferred us the next day into another room with no carpet again :). 5. Receptionists to the management have a zero experience in how to organise heavy crowd during eid. 6. Ayo and most of rhe valet personnel were helpful only. "

"We upgraded on reaching the resort to the Mirage Bab Al Bahr Beach Hotel, as the Bungalow was on first floor with steps which my mother could not walk due to Arthritis issues. Thus the reviews and stars are for the Hotel, and it was an amazing short vacation for my family. Especially, my son liked the temperate-controlled swimming pool and enjoyed it a lot."
