"Fantastic hotel, this was our 5th time staying here and it did not disappoint. Our room was very spacious overlooking the beach and mosque. Housekeeping are always spot on with the room immaculate. The service is 5* - the staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. We always pay for the gold package which includes afternoon tea, evening snacks and happy hour drinks. We also alway get it as we love the bespoke service you receive, Rajan, Miriam, Stephen and Song were all great . The pool is not too busy - no rush for a sunbed in the morning although it’s lively enough and gets a tad busier in the afternoon. There could be some music on at the pool at times, it’s blissfully quiet but maybe at the weekend it might be nice. Thank you for another great stay, see you next year."

The only (minor) issue, was that a 40 stories hotel has only 5 small elevators. 2 of them were out of service for most of the week we stayed there, resulted in somewhat long waiting time when needed an elevator. "Dusit Thani is a great hotel. This is the second time I stay here. I booked a junior suite. Room was quiet, nice and very clean. I had good views from 20th floor since it is on the corner of the hotel, city and mangroves. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Room service is good and fast. I tried the in-room dining service and order a dinner. It came very quick. Breakfast was also good. A variety of dishes are served and they change it slightly on daily basis, maybe the sweets menu should be worked at. Swimming pool is available in a higher floor. Small but nice to swim in for a couple of hours. Location of hotel is good. Quiet and safe. Not many restuarants or shops within a walking distance but there is a small market behind the hotel if you are looking for quick groceries. A clinic is near the hospital for any emergency. Also, a spacious parking is available in the basement if you have your own car. SPA is nice. A bit expensive but worth trying and having a relaxing massage. Overall, I liked the stay. I recommend it for visitors of Abu Dhabi."
