Great Value and Comfortable Stay Sofitel Abu Dhabi offers an excellent price-to-quality ratio. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer beautiful views. From the very beginning my stay at this hotel was way under any international standards. Service was poor in some many areas that it surely reflects on the managing skills of whoever is running the place. The room, though with a great view, had a terribly old given-away mattress, lighting was poor and flickering, tv never worked, closet lights never went off (even when I reported them), and on and on. Terrible standars for a hotel of the Sofitel chain. I recommend staying elsewhere

Fantastic location and wonderful amenities.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this wonderful accommodation. It is situated in a good location. The amenities are top notch and all staff were excellent. Our minor recommendations would be to add lighting on the inside of the wardrobes and shelving area and brighter lighting in the hallway outside of the bathroom.

An awesome hotel, great service, great food, great facilities and kind staff. Valet parking was excellent too. For me the only negative was the gym, very poor and too many machines

Service and food offering was excellent. Loved the location and valet parking. Hotel rooms, pool area and restauraunts need a face lift as they are now tired.
