"They couldn’t find my Expedia reservation until the next day. You guys need a way better system than the one you have, people need to be able to book with Expedia and just show up to the hotel. But the manager on duty that night told me “it’s not us, it’s your booking.” Like it was my fault for booking online. That’s a terrible way to talk to your customers."

"There is a maintenance work going on inside hotel and they start from early morning, and you cannot sleep and relax all day you cannot properly sit inside room. for kids club they closed, sauna room also out of service and jacuzzi also out of service in between. so overall its not well managed we left the hotel day before our checkout due to all this and even after our checkout receive call 2 time are you ready to check out "
