"The Liwa staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The lobby and rooms are very clean. The kitchenette had an oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine, all very clean and in good working order. Although the furniture is a little old, it's clean and comfortable. The bed was also very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was very good. Room service was excellent. The Liwa is very close to Abu Dhabi Mall, so it's very convenient. Thank you."

"We booked for one night only as we had a layover from London and stayed in room 465. Our taxi dropped us at the Park Rotana reception, but we were directed to the Park Arjaan reception, which was a 3-5 min walk. This was the only minor confusion during our stay which I think could be made a bit clearer at the time of booking, but it wasn't overly inconvenient. "Shocking experience from start to finish, I arrived at Eastern Mangroves Suites to be told I had to move to another hotel (Andalus Al Seef) because the hotel I'd booked (all the way IN FEBRUARY might I add) was overbooked! Had to get another taxi and pay for it all myself. I missed the qualifying for the Formula 1 because I had to move hotels and waited 2 hours to check-in at the new hotel. I recieved no compensation plus they tried to charge me over 1000 AED more than the actual price of my...
