I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, as I'd never heard of it. However it was amazing. It is small but that actually adds to the experience. We usually prefer larger hotels but this was truly 5*. The staff were amazing. The stay was for a special birthday treat, and it certainly was a treat. The hotel is in a wonderful location and the rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. Plenty of parking

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and opulent. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Glass of champagne on arrival which was delicious and special pastries and fruit to celebrate our anniversary. The only downside was the discretionary service charge which seemed rather steep on checking out.

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

We stay at The Lanesborough regularly when visiting London. This was our second Christmas stay and we have already booked for 2024 because this hotel is wonderful. The staff are all incredible and make you feel so special.

Great location, comfortable room and really nice breakfast

We were so pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are lovely, and the staff were super nice, particularly Qasim on the check-in desk who instantly gave a great impression of the hotel and its staff. The location also worked great for us, close to all locations of interest and associated public transport. Beautiful hotel ...1 of the best breakfasts

Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

The Belgrave Hotel never lets us down. We have stayed here a few times over the past few years and it is always a great experience. The staff are all lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them, the rooms are spotlessly clean with everything you need for a break away and breakfast is spot on. I always highly recommend this hotel to family and friends

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.
